On-Site Consultations
We put faces to names and talk about what services you are in need of. We walk the property and discuss at length the scope of work. I will make recommendations at this time then we move on to design.

The Finishing Touches
Every budget is different so we formulate cost based on the quality of materials you would like. We will discuss the overall style you are going for and start picking out finishes that start from framing to finish.

Preconstruction Design
We work closely with our clients to make sure that we understand their vision. Once we have agreed to the scope of work that is wanted, we start measuring and come up with a 2D or 3D model.

Remodeling Estimate
We combine steps 1 - 3 and send you a quote based on the material and time needed to complete your project. Change orders and/or product changes will be added on to original estimate.

We recently moved here from out of town and were looking for a new place to live. Mark with Star Team Real Estate assisted us in finding the perfect home to accommodate our exacts needs. He was able to walk us through numerous homes using FaceTime, which saved us a lot of money eliminating flights to see our home options. Having him as our GC and realtor was a game changer as we could then lower our purchase price as we knew he would create what we wanted so we just focused on the area we wanted.
We wanted to “open up” our kitchen to our family room as we wanted to be able to entertain and cook. To accommodate our request, he suggested we remove a large portion of the load-bearing wall between the two rooms. After he reviewed our attic framing structure, he suggested we install 2 LVL beams to support the existing ceiling. He explained the load limits to us and put our minds at ease by going over what code required. He built a temporary support wall on each side of the existing wall, then removed the load bearing wall. After installing the 2 LVL beams, he hung new drywall, mudded and painted the new area, which was the concept we wanted from the beginning but couldn’t find.
After that came the kitchen as it was very dated and there was visible water damage to the floors. He removed the existing cabinets, ripped out the kitchen floor, laid down new oak flooring which he sanded and stained to match what was in the living room and then installed the new cabinets. Additionally, he installed a new venting system for our microwave oven, which now vents out our roof instead of inside the house like the previous owner had it. Lastly, after the countertops were installed he came back and put in our unique backsplash. We couldn’t be any more thrilled with the results (see pictures) and we took advantage of his special client pricing so we are now planning our next projects for him!

I’m in the IT world and work remotely, so having a home office is very important to me. Mark showed me several properties that had great home offices, but were lacking in other areas like rooms and sq. ft. He then proposed that I let him build a beautiful outdoor workspace that looks modern but is functional. He just installed a 5’ x 7’ window on the front of the shed that has me counting down the days till I get to use it. He’s also finishing our FROG that will bring us around $35k from a sq ft. perspective once it’s livable. You won't find a better agent than Mark.
