We have pets, will that be a problem?
We love animals, and this is no problem at all. We understand that pets are part of your family and we will treat them exactly that way. The majority of our stains and chemicals are water based with low odor.

Do you Finance?
Yes, we have one finance company we refer customers to. We are working to add others in 2024.

How long will my renovation take?
The scope of work for every project is very different and therefore, the only way to determine the answer is at the time of your walk-through with one of our Project Review & Planning Directors. At the end of their visit, they will provide a timeline for your individual project.

When can you start?
We are a first come, first served basis company. We try to sprinkle in smaller maintenance jobs in between larger jobs. The best idea is to call the office for availability. We look forward to working with you!

Do you have your General Contractors License?
Not yet, it's a two part process. I have completed part I and I am working on part II. I aim to have my license by June 2024

Do you have your Real Estate License?
Yes, I do. My RE license is active and I am in good standing with the NCREC

Do you have a threshold or amount you can charge up to without a GC license?
The N.C.G.S. 87-1 defines a general contractor as a person, firm or corporation who manages or oversees construction projects where the cost of the project is $40,000 or greater. The State General Contractors License is not required if a project is under $40,000.
