Garage Sink Install

Having a garage sink is convenient for various tasks such as cleaning tools, gardening equipment, and even washing dirty hands after automotive work. It provides a dedicated space for messy activities, keeping the main living areas cleaner and more organized.  Additionally, it can serve as a utility sink for various household chores, offering versatility and functionality in the garage space.

Accent Walls & Trim Decor

Accent walls add visual interest and depth to a room, creating a focal point that enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the space. Updated trim adds a touch of sophistication and completeness, framing the room and providing a cohesive look that ties together the décor elements. Together, accent walls and updated trim elevate the interior design of a home, giving it a polished and modern appearance that reflects attention to detail and style.

LVL Beam Installation

Opening up rooms in a home fosters an inviting environment, encouraging family and friends to gather and socialize freely. However, it's crucial to recognize the complexity of structural modifications, especially when installing LVL beams, to ensure safety and compliance with building codes. Each home presents unique challenges, necessitating careful consideration to select the appropriate size and type of LVL beam for the project's specific requirements.

Firepace

Depending on your needs, you can remodel the fireplace to enhance its functionality and aesthetics. This could involve adding built-in storage, installing shelves around the fireplace, removing raised hearths, integrating a TV mount and more.  We comply with local code and use hardiebacker and flame resistant products throughout.

Ceilings

You have two options for removing textured ceilings: Scraping or Sanding.  Scraping textured ceilings involves removing the textured surface using liquid to loosen the texture then scraping it off with a sharp blade, which can be labor-intensive but may result in a smoother finish.  It requires two layers of 6-12mm plastic sheeting before removal.  Sanding textured ceilings, on the other hand, typically involves using various sanding machines and vacuums to smooth out the texture, which can generate dust and require thorough cleanup but may be less disruptive than scraping.  It requires one layer of at least 6mm plastic sheeting.  Once old texture is removed you will have the option of choosing between: a smooth finish, orange peel, knockdown, slap brush and more...

Ceiling Fans

New ceiling fans are a great investment because they offer energy-efficient cooling and circulation, helping to reduce reliance on air conditioning and lower electricity bills. Additionally, modern designs come with features like remote controls, integrated lighting, and reversible blades, providing both convenience and style to any room.  Please note: We will add ceiling fan mounts that are currently setup as lights, but we do not run electrical to/from any location as we are required by NC to sub out all electrical work to licensed electricians.
